Baywood broke ground last week on an avid at Denver Airport, situated between the Home2 and Baymont on the east side Tower Road.
Baywood, I believe, owns the Home2, Residence Inn, and the still-yet-to-open dual branded Tru/Homewood Suites all along the Tower Road corridor.
