400k/2k = 200 wm runs. No way you can do those consistently at 6 minutes per run all in. No way. If I'm lucky i can do it in 15 minutes on average without counting driving. Lazy / cranky / bossy / inexperienced csrs, customers ahead in line, typing info into computer make that a simple reality. And that still discounts buying gc's, spreadsheet tracking, depositing, making payments etc etc. If you think anyone can scale to 400 k / month in 20 hours, think again. That's very close to a full time job for 2 people.
