I know many on FT say benefits never get better over time, but I'm hopeful GPU/RPU upgrades get easier in 2020.

1. 1Ks should be culled due to 15K spend requirement
2. RPUs in circulation should come down by 70%+
3. Mileage devaluation should eliminate millions of miles in circulation that could otherwise be used for upgrades

UA should announce changes to the 2020 MP program in Q3/Q4. Wonder if any of those changes will further address this recurring pain point.
