Westin, Hilton and Souq Waqif are fine. These are hotels I have experience with. To be honest, I'm sure if they're in the programme 24 hour stays are fine.. it would be fairly pointless otherwise.

But always worth emailing your chosen hotel directly to clarify and provide your checkin time anyway.
