DONE3 is a 3 continent RTW in booking class D, IONE3 is in booking class I, which generally has less availability. There are a number of threads here with a lot of information on these fares, please search / browse around.
Let me save you some trouble and provide some information here. These fares are often referred to as xONEx fares. They are fares for an around-the-world trip; and this particular fare/product is exclusive to One World.
The "fare basis" is, generally, xONEy. the "x" refers to the cabin of travel, -- economy, business or first. The codes are "L" for economy, "D" or "I" for business, and "A" for first.
The "y" is for how many continents the fare covers. The "continents" for the purposes of this fare are not the same as geographic continents, but rather are really geographic regions as defined by One World which roughly follow continent definitions most of the time. What's more, some continents are divided into "zones" which may factor into the permitted routing.
As noted, the differences between I and D for business class are small, but important: 1) I is less expensive than D, 2) There is usually less I inventory than D inventory on a flight, 3) I is not available from all origination points, and 4) I fares are only available for three continent itineraries.
If you've never done one of these before, get a knowledgeable and experienced travel agent (or the AA RTW desk), and/or ask questions here in the One World forum. These fares are quite complicated and take a while to figure out.
