If you are still on property at the Hyatt Place Ocean City, go ask for a late checkout again - if the front desk does not grant it please have them talk to GM Andrew F. The World of Hyatt team has advised him that late checkouts need to granted if requested by Explorists / Globalists and are not subject to availability at that property.
