I am in a unique situation. I have held TN status for employer A and was recently approved for a new TN for employer B. I will be leaving employer A but have business travel before I go. When I return, can I still use GE to enter? I'm afraid the CBP officer inadvertently invalidated my Employer A TN in the system (he began to cross out Employer A Stamps before asking me if I was still working there). Both TNs and i94s should still be valid. Thanks.
