Jeff and I have talked about Libretel, but it's more in the context of his general disruption scheme for the PSTN (if you know Jeff, you'll know that his dream is to end POTS as we know it). And, if he's offering UK numbers, it's a total arbitrage game. Due to the strangeness of UK reciprocal compensation rules, he's probably got someone providing him geographic numbers inbound in the UK, then using a US carrier's LD network to terminate calls to the UK. In this odd arrangement, he probably makes enough on UK inbound to substantiall subsidize UK outbound.
