That's not how it works. UA makes no representation that upgrade inventory will be doled out based on some presumed proportionately to spend.

Do I wish 1Ks had better access to upgrade inventory? Yes, absolutely. But I'm not holding my breath waiting for it to happen (nor banging my head against the wall).
