I'd actually suggest you keep it as two one ways. With the change fee to convert it you will end up paying the same if you have to change it. Additionally, there is sometimes an issue with space availability when you are rebooked as converting a one way to a return may require cancellation of the one way and rebooking. It would be much easier to leave them as one ways (I usually book reward flights as one ways now that they are half the points).
