If you have to travel from NRT to HND and fly to ITM I’m not sure if you will have enough time to go to Nara in the afternoon. Kyoto has a lot more to see than Osaka. Unless you have been to Kyoto before I’ll spend two days (at least) in Kyoto instead of Osaka.

It all depends on what other flights arrive just before yours. Being on business class does not make much difference.
