Yes, as long as your frequent flyer number is correctly put into your booking information, you should be automatically recognized as eligible to Skypriority and it should be written on your boarding pass. If it were not the case (unlikely on a TATL flight with a Delta STE+ status), you would still be able to show your card as an evidence on the delta app for instance.
