If there is a thread for what codes as travel for 3x TYP? I couldn't find one for Citi like there is for Chase. Has anyone used the Premiere for the Japan Rail Pass? The way it works is they send you a voucher in the mail that you exchange at a train station in Japan. I think it comes from a travel agency and may not be directly from JR East.
