Yes. I considered doing the ;00 to :59 range, but felt this was more clear since there would be no distinction between most people leaving at :05 and arriving at :55, a mostly empty lounge vs. most people arriving at :05 and departing at :55, a mostly full lounge.
I also am going to adjust the visiting times to 2'30" to 45" before departure. Give me a few days and I'll see what I can do.
