I am taking my wife (surprise) for her 50th birthday to Paris in September. I am going to use points for a Bonvoy Hotel, and wanted to get one that a) had a decent concierge lounge and b) rooms that I could upgrade to a suite using my available suite nights. Does anyone have a suggestion on which hotel in Paris to recommend
