Your best bet is probably to wait for a last-minute upgrade (LMU) offer at check-in. Depending on the equipment operating your flight, you could be presented with LMUs for premium economy and/or business class.

My colleagues snagged a premium economy LMU on that route for about $125 USD a couple months ago.
