I have yet to figure out the rhyme or reason to the shut-downs. If you were blocked at your first store, why wouldn't it be systemwide? Moneygram is Moneygram. I would definitely stay under $1K MO's at your first store (with fees), so as not to agitate the associates. GIve it 30 days and then try $2K.
