Hey all!

I am looking at booking a few flights for an upcoming vacation and I'm a bit confused by if I will earn PQMs on the flights. I can see that award mile earnings are reduced but I can't really make out the difference on the PQM earnings. Here are the following flights and fare classes:

Thai Airways - V Fare - I know this is reduced or zero award miles but do I still earn PQM as it says award mileage accrual at 25% but I cant tell if that applies to PQM as well?
Singapore Airlines - K Fare
