I've been considering setting up a household account to merge my partners miles with my own. From what I've read about Household Accounts in the T&Cs, each member maintains miles and points balances indivdually, but may pool the miles of others when making an award booking.
How does this work with the online services? does each member retain their individual account access? also, given that BA aren't great at sending statements, is there any way to see a household total or make a booking online?
