I tend to favor the Four Seasons over the Ritz in general, but that's a personal preference. I have not been to the Ritz in St Louis, however, but the Four Seasons downtown offers amazing views of the arch, etc., and the restaurant is really good. Now, if you've stayed at the Ritz before and the Four Seasons is this time doable, why not try it?
