Completely agree with itisme. Grab at the airport has a pickup point that is across the street from the airport. We did not think this would be a problem, but we could not figure out how to cross the street as the airport was also fenced in. My daughter finally took a picture of where we were at the international terminal and asked the driver to meet us there. We got an "ok" and he was there in about five minutes. I tipped him $5 on the $8 fare. I just started using Grab and it is almost the same as Uber, with a few minor little quirks. The search isn't quite as nice. When I typed in "Courtyard" the first one to come up was one we stayed at it Bali. I wondered why the fare was $200 until I saw the location was wrong. I am amazed we could get a ride to Bali from Cambodia for only $200 and I wonder how the poor driver was going to cross a few hundred miles of open ocean in the SUV. From the PP airport, I do recommend the taxi, but everywhere else, including going back to the airport, it is fine to use Grab. When traveling with family, I can select the 1-6 person SUV and we can all travel together. We had issues before taking two taxis and being dropped off in slightly different locations and not being able to find each other.
