EVEN MORE reason for Arnie to actually sit at a computer and try to find & book a place to stay. I can guarantee you the suits in this office aren't tech savvy either, but they're the ones who are spending the most in travel expenses.

It's because these problems still exist. I have good relationships with several Marriott properties which I stay at frequently. Unfortunately, Marriott.com gets in the way of doing that at times. Less now than 6 months ago, but nowhere near as reliable and functional as it was 18+ months ago, and well below the industry average. Keeping silent isn't going to fix anything, especially since Marriott's higher-ups and even IT department seem to think everything's fine. For what it's worth, I have been in touch with some of the higher-ups regarding IT issues, some pretty serious. It took awhile to get their attention and they move extremely slowly, BUT, they're starting to see that they have a problem.
