Yes, it's all Comfort W. On the eUpgrade chart for YVR->CUN, it's the same category as everything except MUH, but domestically there is a promotion. It seems like the promotion just doesn't apply to Sun Destinations.

Yes, it would be 10 for the entire booking, but due to the 21 vs 14 day upgrade window, I can only see the CUN leg right now.

MUH - 4 credits
QVWG - 6 credits
STLAK - 8 credits
So even a low comfort fare domestically is 8 credits for YYZ-YVR but it's 10 for CUN-YYZ.
