One place i wouldnt use it is Phnom penh airport actually haha. Regular taxi's are cheap anyway. Like 10$ max. Can get a taxi voucher at airport also. For everywhere else grab is perfect yeah and exactly like uber (altho bit messier app). Grab bought Uber in asia
