I really appreciate the reports from the last three posters. Together, it gives a picture of what to expect at the property, good and bad. I've booked two nights late this year. The price is right and the first night we arrive so late that service really won't matter.

I downloaded GRAB but have never used it. This trip and getting to the hotel from the airport will be my first opportunity to do so. Is there anything I should know about it? Is it as straight forward as Uber?
