Hi Everyone

I would just like to thank "rozy" for facilitating the safe return of a laptop to the UK. We had some difficulty as the package had to go via France due to security, but it has been safely received today. She was very responsive and kept me informed throughout. We also arranged for me to send on some glasses to another lady who left them behind to save her the cost of a courier fee, as cheaper internally. Thank you so much, Georgie
