TPPS Supplementary Card Benefits Reduced?

I'm not too far off hitting TPPS so I had a quick look at the benefits to refresh my memory as I know the program has evolved in the last couple of years.

One thing that surprised me is that it states the supplementary card holder is welcome to check-in at Business Class counters. Does this mean the FC reception at Changi and F counters outside of Singapore are now excluded, and does this also extend to the luggage handling priority and arrival use of the SKL?

I was under the impression that the supplementary card had almost equal benefits at the airport/in the air. Does anyone know whether this is also tracked on the boarding pass with a different denotation to the TPPS principal holder? Interested to know how SQ is tracking this.
