We don't know all the details of this incident. In fact we know very little as this person claims they have a legal case. That's what one may ask about here, to get further information. It's bizarre to defend an airline if in fact there was a bed bug infestation. I'm sure someone here will come back and say "yes, we don't know," and I agree. I disagree with those saying bed bugs are not the responsibility of the airline. Lol if they aren't then why not let the whole plane get infested? Look, each passenger could have brought them independently to their seat before that exact flight. We will never know hah!
