Does anyone recall how the current F amenity kits compare to what used to be given out in the late 90's early 00's? I remember the amenity kits being quite grand and almost like collectors items, someone gave me one once, it was a big box shaped kit with a bow tied on it and inside the kit has some good quality items like nice think padded eyeshades, a small hair brush with a beautiful handle, as well as your usual high-end lotions etc. Just wondering if BA would ever return to those time and produce something like that, or are those days when such amenity kits were handed out long gone. To me it seems the new F amenity kit looks like the business class ones you get on some other airlines, not bad, but nothing F-worthy about it.
