Hi,

Have you bought your air ticket yet? As I was thinking by the time you get from NRT to HND, check in , get to ITM , it might not be that much more time to get the Narita Express from NRT to Shinagawa ( get the luggage compamy at NRT to transport your large case to osaka for next day delivery) then get the Shinkansen to Shin-osaka?

You can also use the Suica card on the Osaka metro ( and easy to recharge too in Osaka)
