Why do I have one too many stops? Assuming just bc TPE is destination and that would leave 3 stops on the way there when there is a max of 2. But if I re-ordered, it wouldn't be too many stops, right?

How do I get to MPM? I read 1.6x is the MPM rule roughly on a blog.
