Regarding the delays from PVG, does CX/KA offer the opportunity to take an earlier flight for free if you are at the airport early enough? Either by standard or in case there are expected delays?
I have a 2:20h connection which I know is more than enough. However I wouldn’t mind a longer layover in the lounge and not risk a worst-case scenario of a missed connection and rebooking because I already snagged an exit row.
