I have one of those that I bought maybe four years ago to use on a PBX at a client site. Unfortunately the PBX they used was one that wasn't supported by the box so I never got it to work. I bought mine from Port, but they seem to have been taken over by Targus now and there's no mention of the product on the targus web site. I think it cost around $120.
