I asked a staff member and she said yes, they have a shower... But they were out of towels today, hah. This was at 09:45. The food selection was pretty good. It was crowded in the main area with the food and drink but plenty of open seats in the satellite rooms. Definitely worth the trip around the Skylink.
This is hilarious. My wife and I had the same thing happen to us. We asked around 9:30 one night if we could shower and after a 5 minute search, "they couldn't find any towels." I think that means "we already cleaned the showers for the night".
