I don't think I've actually had the coffee there, but elsewhere in the Qantas lounge network the barista-made coffee is good.
The QF Lounge probably has the best espresso, and probably pretty good. I've had it at the LAX QF First Lounge, and it was very nice indeed, and I suspect they provide the same beans across their lounge network.
Now, the practicality of getting into the T3 Lounge when flying out of T5 with a full flex ticket is debatable, but sure, possible..
