Just had a very friendly CSR who helped me find an upgradable flight to PVR. What was a little strange was that when I thanked him and said I needed to think about it he said " I am going to do something for you that I don't often offer.... but you sound like a good guy...not a jerk"... and he said if I buy this ticket tonight and I find out that tomorrow or the next day that I cannot get a hotel or it doesn't work out he would refund the entire purchase. I immediately asked if he worked on commission..he said no... but I must admit it felt a little odd and made me uncomfortable that I had to make excuses as to why I was going to turn down his "generous offer".... in all the years I have called AS CSR I have never had that happen....

p.s.... he also said he would call me back tomorrow to see if I want to purchase the ticket...
