It says "Access upon arrival is available to customers who have already made a domestic connection." The wording isnt entirely clear to me.

I usually just go home, but it's nice to know I have the option if I have time, or want to get some food.
The access on arrival is for customers making a connection to another United flight after an inbound Polaris-eligible flight, but I do not believe you get access on arrival at your connecting point, then again at your final destination.
