If I fly Europe/asia-ORD-EWR, I know I can enter the PL at ORD. Can I stay in the secure area and goto the lounge at EWR?
It says "Access upon arrival is available to customers who have already made a domestic connection." The wording isnt entirely clear to me.

I usually just go home, but it's nice to know I have the option if I have time, or want to get some food.
