Thank you - I feel quite foolish.

Scrolled further down the Ink Plus Benefits https://cdn.f9client.com/api3/file/1...VW_INTERIM.pdf, also down to page 31, found its Trip Delay Reimbursement, appears to be identical to the preferred ($500 for reasonable expenses, delay of more than 12 hours or requires an overnight stay). Plus lost luggage (page 27), baggage delay (page 33), Travel accident (page 38) and Travel and Emergency Assistance (page 46).

Moving to Chase Ink for now.

All of the benefits being eliminated by Citi, effective September 28. Will Chase be next?
