Yep, I was a bit perplexed by this take, especially considering the hard product on QR’s 330s and narrowbodies. Many folks also consider the 380/787 to be miles above the old 777 seats as well (I agree unless you have the seat next to you unoccupied). However, I was under the impression that AAB has consistently stated that they were working on a new Qsuite product that would fit into the 787 and 380, so it was news to me that they wouldn’t be retrofitting the 380.
