Once you have filled in the information, they need, just sent it away. Then after a few days you get an email from Etihad the telly that you have to be patient because Philippine airlines have to give their approval, It takes another four weeks and then hopefully you get your miles credited
They need copies of your boarding passes IME. I no longer had one for the MNL-LHR leg so lost out on those miles :-(
