ANA upgrade award can be booked 24 hours before departure.
ANA flight award can be changed until before the departure of original reserved flight and 24 hours prior to the departure of the new flight.
ANA flight award can be booked 96 hours before departure.

So, if you can afford to take RISK, you can book a flight, then try to change the flight that departs at 24+ hours from the ticketing.
