I confirm that this was the case. Had another claim for my daughters phone (this time on my Chase Ink as I switched account to my card). Water damage on old phone. Original cost of $749, replacement cost of $749, claim paid $600 (749-100 = 649, max claim is 600). All the phones are in my name.
