Booking ANA award within 96 hours to departure
Is this possible on NH miles or any other partner? Or is it locked to revenue fare only? I can see some awards on EF in about 2 weeks to departure but once within the 4 day window the flight info is locked. Searching on NH UA site also don't show anything.

The cabin seems pretty empty (JFK-TYO) compared to sold out flights on JL, is that perhaps why?
