Unfortunately no. Cash rates for any particular flight frequently change as the day of departure draws nearer, and we expect the same to happen to award prices with the changes that start in November 2019. Once the rate changes, you can't quote the old rate.
As Wine said, booking at the extreme beginning of availability, 330 days out, can be glitchy. While I would keep trying, don't be surprised if it takes a day or two for the transaction to complete. I see it is saver J and understand your desire to lock in. You might have some luck calling an agent. Even if you have to pay an agent fee, a few dollars to secure the saver rate might be worth it to you. Honesty, I can't imagine the saver fare will go away that fast, but you are correct not to wait. Also, I forget the name of the desk, but I believe there is a web-services desk that helps people with technical difficulties with booking tickets online.
