In April, I stayed in a twin room on points and a Chase cert. In the online photo of the twin room, it shows 2 twins and a loveseat and I emailed to make sure of the little loveseat for the extra space. Turns out the loveseat is in an executive twin room type which is not even mentioned online. It has a sleeper loveseat which could have folded out for a third person, and again a room for three is not something shown online. They kindly let me have the executive twin on points with no upgrade fee. The location in Latin Quarter is the very picture of the tourists’ idea of Paris. The hotel is very well run and a very good use of points.
