Spent 6 nights here as Spire (4 nights points with 4th night free + 10% rebate) + 2 40k certs.

So all in 108k points + 2, 40k certs which was a steal

Haven not stayed here since 2012 and nothing has changed and furniture needs updating but nothing is in disrepair.

Location is fantastic in the Latin Quarter with tons at your door step and easy access to metro lines.

Had an issue with dirty linens at check in which were quickly replaced and no problems after that. Be aware, pillows are the size of business class airplane pillows.

Upgraded to a queen exec Eiffel Tower View with balcony. Interesting enough, I agreed to pay a supplement to a different room type which is a lower category, but something I 100% wanted and confirmed in advance. They didn't charge me the supplement so I can hardly complain. Room is small and I think it would be tough to fit two people in it and wardrobe goes front-to-back and not left-to-right so that can get interesting. Not a single dedicated English entertainment channel. Wi fi did not work last two days. Air Con very good. Windows block out all noise. curtain set up, due to the windows is very bad. Expect light in your room first thing. Shower is difficult to use because there's no door or curtain and most would use the wand. So most of you is cold when showering. Mini fridge to keep your treats and shelf space to store things.

Front desk staff very helpful on little stuff and very eager to please. All of them very engaging and guest focused.

Roof bar during the day is the perfect place to bring your own drinks before they set up for 5p-10p service.

Had dinner on my balcony twice during my stay (those Michelin lunches fill you up!) before going out at night. Really a peaceful and private setting in the middle of the beautiful Paris chaos.

Be advised they will discount breakfast from 18 Euro to 13 Euro at check in as a special. Did not go so can not comment.

There's not much to this hotel, but it's a decent product in a winning location. If you're going to use the room as a pit stop and spend most of your time around Paris, this is a great option.
