There is also another very good bar at the Erawan. Spasso, however, does have very good service and is enjoyable even if one is not interested in any companionship, as it were. I go there with friends and enjoy the music sometimes.

Any hotel in Bangkok that caters to affluent business travelers, i.e. often foreign men traveling alone, with a night club on site is bound to attract this type of clientele. It is also the case at the similar venue at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, among many other hotels.
