So BR's bat and carrot policy got ~1,000 FAs to NOT participate even though voting for the strike. Care to elaborate?
2000 joined strike, with incentive of double pay, they got low double digits who are willing to work

So not even 1% of strike participants are willing to return for double pay

The strike vote was for strike mandate for union negotiation not actual strike. I'm really surprised how double pay didn't even get anywhere close to 10% of strike participants back

But from how BR has handled this thus far, not surprised at their total incompetence . Instead of trying to resolve it quickly, they are fanning the flames with rhetoric statements trying to win over general public instead of those who matter, which are their workers. They're just further increasing the divide instead of at a minimum sounding conciliatory and collaborative to finding a solution. Instead they dig in, double down and further alienate their workers

This is opposite of what to do to end a strike quickly. It's amateur hour at BR for employee relations.
