I am confused about your comments. Isn't the timeline: 1) Union finished voting and got 3,000 Ya votes, 2) BR announces anyone who shows up at work during strike got double pay, 3) strike announced on 6/20 following fail negotiation, 4) union collected barely over 2,000 documents 72 hours after the strike commenced.
So BR's bat and carrot policy got ~1,000 FAs to NOT participate even though voting for the strike. Care to elaborate?
